Managing all phases of all construction projects ranging from $250,000 to $18,000,000, including submittals, pay applications, Owner/Engineer relations, change orders, scheduling, ect. Estimating municipal sewer/water projects ranging from $250,000 to $20,000,000.

Responsible for coordinating all crews construction activities.Ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget, per the contract specifications.Builds and executes change orders.Solves any construction related issues and coordinates resolutions with the design engineer.Develops pay applications and coordinates with the Owner's representatives.

Ensure the project meets or exceeds OSHA standards for excavationsCompletes safety audits and reportsCoordinates any safety training necessary for a safe work environmentOSHA 30 Hour certified

Monitor the facility to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
