My primary responsibilities are to grow the Puma brand through development of new Service Stations. This can be achieved by acquisition of land or existing service stations and also developer lead construction. As part of this role it involves establishing a Network Plan in various locations to ascertain the best position with the potential for the highest return for the business. Part of the day to day work involves discussions with designers, town planners, project managers, internal stakeholders and developers. One of the key roles whilst at the company was being part of a small team that was involved in placing a number of the Puma Service Station Assets into what is now known as the Convenience Retail REIT listed on the ASX. This process was a fantastic experience in preparing a large portfolio and organising all the due diligence information required as well as continuing to expand the brand through new developments.

Operational leasing of the Homemaker portfolio for the GPT Group which saw me oversee the leasing of 10 retail centres along the Eastern seaboard gaining 100% occupancy. The portfolio had over 200 retailers which included National Retailers as well as local 'mum & dad' based retailers. While working at GPT, i enjoyed repositioning centres with the inclusion of retailers "outside of the box".

This role included site acquisition/ disposal for developers, project leasing on major Homemaker centres and site selection for retailers. The role saw my exposure to a number of National Retailers as well as National developers/Institutions.

My role whilst with Jones Lang Wootton was the project and operational leasing of suburban office buildings. This saw me gaining exposure to both National and Local companies as well as Institutional and private owners. My role here was cut short when I was asked as part of a small team of commercial agents, to move and establish the CB Richard Ellis Milton office.
