From big brand campaigns at DDB (where I was part of the team that won agency of the year) to data-driven tactical work at CHEP, for over a decade I’ve worked at Australia’s biggest agencies; on clients and brands across every category; with awards in both creativity and effectiveness. Who says the renaissance man is dead, eh? We live in a time of specialisation, yet I bucked that trend when I took a year hiatus from the creative department to study at Miami AdSchool and then subsequently work as a strategist at M&C Saatchi Sydney - before eventually returning to creative to get my hands dirty again. Fast forward a decade and I crossed to table to work at The Walt Disney Company, where as Copy Lead and the first ever advertising creative and copywriter in Australia, I not only added some serious creative firepower to their design and production teams, but also helped steer the development of their in-house processes and creative offering.Since then I've moved on from Disney and landed in 'tech' in a place that's close to my heart; the home of video games, Gen Z's playground, and the largest live streaming service in the world: Twitch.Oh, yeah, and in my spare time I also wrote a novel, titled Elephant in the Dark.
