In addition, to ensure high quality communications with the Executive, Senior Management and regulators as well as acting as a trusted advisor to Senior Management and the Board on sensitive issues, which are not necessarily related to audit but require confidentiality, independence and impartiality.The Group Audit Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a quality assurance and improvement program that covers all aspects of internal audit activity, and for continuously monitoring the effectiveness of the audit function.
