This involves designing and implementing performance management systems, conducting performance appraisals, and identifying areas for improvement.● Act as a mediator between employees and management, addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise. This includes fostering open communication, resolving disputes, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Role Responsibilities• Accountable for ensuring the successful running of the parking and meet and greet services (if applicable)with support from your manager including:o Providing face-to-face clear operational direction to the team.o Pro-active people management including addressing performance issues through trainingmentoring and coaching in the first instance and then through more formal processes if required.o Monitoring and being accountable for the site budgets in relation to resource hours, damage, pettycash etc.o Proactively monitor and maximise contribution revenue for Value Added Sales.o Management, continued development and welfare of all team members.o Resolution of customer complaints and damage management/handling with particular emphasispaid to achieving reductions in both areas.o Responsible for health and safety on shift.o Ensure site is compliant to all applicable Driver Regulations.• Working and reporting to clear KPIs including: increase in welcome back scores, consistently timelybuses, accurate and careful parking audits, reducing/low damage, meeting VAS targets and working withinresource hours.• Ensuring accurate and clear handover to other Shift Managers.• Rostering of resource hours in line with business volumes and budgetary parameters.• Proactively recommending and supporting improvements to the site and people processes and proceduresincluding reporting potential benefits and if agreed, following through to successful delivery.• The position includes a requirement to be on-call during designated times.
