The Project Manager is the Chief Administrator responsible for the overall supervision, management and evaluation of all personnel assigned to this contract. Full authority to act on behalf of the company at the location specified under this contract, will accomplish this by planning, directing and organizing any and all facets of their contractual responsibilities.Available to provide support or additional manning as requiredActs as direct liaison with the HQSO, Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for any required flexible working arrangements or schedule changes based on changing security posture and as directed by the COTRDevelops and submits all reports, schedules, and other information as requiredSubmit a monthly guard roster to the COTR (HQSO) and resubmit immediately upon incorporating any changeAbility to be contacted 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per weekVerify the guard shifts being requested to be filled by the Guard SupervisorEnsure guard supplied and appointed guards report for dutyAt the earliest opportunity, inform the HQSO of any personnel changesEnsure 100% fill rate for all requested shift positionsEnsure and demonstrate to the HQ SACT COTR that all personal qualifications (security clearance, first aid, CPR, etc.) remain current and do not expire

Check credentials of personnel trying to gain access to base buildings, private property, or restricted areas.Perform foot or vehicle patrol of perimeters, roadways, parking, and other high traffic areas to confirm the entry control process is run following established procedures and regulations.Monitor alarm systems to detect, interrupt, and identify criminal activity.Perform functional checks of all alarm systems to certify proper operation of systems Access a personal identification system to issue vehicle passes and identification badges.Interview people to obtain or verify information related to suspicious persons or activity.Maintain radio communications with other patrol units.Speak with witnesses or people involved in accidents to obtain statements.Greeted guests professionally and courteously to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere while making safety top priority.
