Operate B and C line Fogg fillers, perform full change over of filler, trouble shoot minor issues during daily operations, CIP and SIP, manage employees that help out when it comes down to doing full change over in filler, and maintain a clean environment in the filler, record all down time, fill out intervention logs and CO setting, communicate with processing, batching, Tls, and supervisors

1. Help with all changeovers from the bottle scrambler, Procomac Filler, Nafm Sleever, Krones sleevematic, Ocme case erector-case packer, and Forklift Operator.2. Part of cip/sip crew on Procomac Filler when change over is on my shift.3. Help troubleshoot the Procomac Filler when having issues with Uniclean, Unidox, and water recovery system.4. Make sure the PAA, Caustic, and Acid is in spec for production and cip/sip mode.5. Trooubleshoot the sleever and the case packer during daily operations.6.As a forklift operator bring bottles and caps from warehouse to bottle scrambler and filler.7. If the lead and supervisor are short hand they will ask to help with breaks and lunch relieving for downstream and filler A

1.Preventative Maintenance 2.Change out Mold Bases, Stretch Stops, Blow Nozzles, Spindals. 3.Adjusting stretch stops to 3mm, and adjusting the blow nozzle to proper height.4.
