22 year Air Force Command and Control, Intelligence Surveillance Recoinasance aviator with vast experience in Operations, Training and Program Management. Instructor/Evaluator experience in multiple airborne and ground systems including the E-3 Airborne Warning And Control System (AWACS), the E-8 Joint Surveillance Target Aquisition Radar System (JSTARS), Air Operations Center (AOC) and other ground radar and simulation systems. Program management experience sustaining and modernizing the entire E-8C JSTARS platform and the associated maintenance, information technology and training systems. Director of Operations for the sole JSTARS Combat Training Squadron responsible for training all 13 crew positions aboard the E-8C.
