Bondi Web Design is a full service digital agency providing website design & development & online marketing solutions for small business.My role is the development and delivery of digital marketing strategies, campaigns and assets across web, mobile and social platforms to increase customer engagement and experience.* I've built more than 60 wordpress and magento websites for clients from a variety of industries over the last 5 years.* I can custom make a website to my design using HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and API’s.* My redesign for the Sydney Uni AFL team website, I included a ‘Team Selection’ allowing coaches to drag and drop players into field position.* Pamper Hamper Gifts became a client of mine in 2013. With the help of my SEO & SEM strategies and my Google Adwords, Mobile & Shopping campaigns the business grew to become a leader in its category with turnover going from $280,000p/a to $1,000,000p/a in 2.5 years.* The ‘Virbac Partnership Website Program’ allowed vet clinics across the nation to receive a new website and 3 years hosting simply by signing up to regular purchases of Virbac’s pet medical supplies. The program was a hit. I created the sales materials for the national sales team and coordinated with the new program vet clinics to build their new website and provided them with hosting and support.* I managed the new branding and development of the 2nd ‘Bondi Winter Magic’ festival website and the Facebook marketing campaign.* I shot, edited and produced the short video for Waverley Council showcasing Bondi in winter. Paid for by ‘Tourism NSW’ it is used to promote all the things to do in and around a short stay in Bondi in winter.* I designed and project managed the development of ‘Workplace Pulse’ the paid corporate employee survey and data processing system. * I helped TWO removalists (A1 & Olympus) grow from 5 leads per month to over 100 leads per month with new branding, new website, SEO and Adwords.

Branding myself as a ‘guru’ at Wizkid Academy my role was to coach local small business owners on today’s most effective online marketing lead generation strategies using live seminars, one on one coaching and video coaching programs.* I ran a series of face to face seminars on behalf of Randwick council coaching local small business owners on the latest online marketing strategies to generate leads for their business.* I created & developed every part of the Chris Reid’s Social Media Mastery Formula, 3 individual online video training courses Twitter Domination, Youtube Mastery Formula and Facebook Marketing Secrets selling over 200 copies.* I created the IGNITION coaching program where I coached business owners on the online marketing methods I used to generate leads and customers. SEO, social media, email, ppc, video, photography, content creation, blogging, Wordpress.* I ran free training courses in retirement homes and libraries for elderly Australian citizens teaching them social media basics and answering digital questions.

Working with Carla Zampatti as a teenager after a couple of years, I was freelancing my trade skills to Collette Dinnigan and other big name fashion houses in Sydney, as I paid my way through an Advanced Diploma in Fashion Design.* Starting at Carla Zampatti as the production assistant I was responsible for ordering buttons and other trims, running stock to city stores, merchandising when I could, helping out in quality control, making computerised markers on the Gerber system, unloading fabric trucks, cutting, sewing, grading, and any number of other fashion manufacturing tasks for a junior assistant.* While in my first 2 months as a Fashion Design student, I contacted Collette Dinnigan and offered my cutting services on a permanent/casual basis, where I worked along side Collette Dinnigan for the next 3 years as she grew into a global brand.* I fully paid my way through 4 years of study (a 1yr certificate then 3yr advanced diploma) while working as a self employed cutter for some of Australia's top fashion houses working before and after Tafe, on the weekends and out of business hours.* After completing study I continued as a freelance cutter working on the sample ranges for many shows at Australian Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week.* I have broad and in-depth experience in Australian fashion sales, manufacturing and management and am possibly Australia’s most experienced fashion cutter still with my foot in the door today.

As a distributor with the world leading nutrition and weight loss company Herbalife International I built a sales organisation to the level of Global Expansion Team. * I Co-founded WELLNESS Australia’s first ‘nutrition club’ in the Chambers Arcade on Pitt Street.* I successfully implemented many direct sales marketing methods to grow my personal customer base to 20 or more consumers per month. Some of the methods I used included the ‘Nutrition Club’ concept, the ‘Healthy Breakfast’, the ‘Long Term Customer’ program, the ’Weightloss Challenge’, the ‘Drop Bag’, the ‘Shake Party’, the ‘Wellness Evaluation’, and the ‘Total Plan’.* I successfully duplicated my efforts by building a sales organisation which grew to produce a consistent US$20,000-$80,000 per month in sales volume using direct sales recruiting methods including the ‘STS’, the ‘Opportunity Meeting’ and the ‘Average To Fortune Work From Home Business System’.* I identified and developed leaders from within my sales team and guided them onto the path to a successful distributorship with several distributors reaching the level of Active World Team.* I travelled to more than 18 international leadership development workshops & extravaganzas in 6 exotic countries learning about nutrition from many of the worlds top nutritional scientist, dr's and a Nobel prize laureate and about building a successful sales organisation from top distributors in Herbalife with the top earner earning in excess of US$20Milliom per year* My biggest contingent to an international event was 23 eager distributors. Prior to the events we always organised a 5 day team tour/retreat to get together and connect with other distributors, have fun and relax as a team.
