Perform hardware, software, and network relocation for the Department of Commerce inside of the Bureau of the Census.

Duties included safely delivering delayed luggage from the airlines atBWI to various locations throughout the DC, MD, VA, and Pennsylvania areas. Used acombination of maps and GPS to locate the addresses and make the deliveries. Dealt with alot of not so happy passengers whose luggage did not make it with their flight. Usedcustomer service skills while attempting to set up delivery times and during notificationthat their luggage was in route.
