CurrentMr. Roche has over 15 years’ experience in the areas of wetlands, conservation biology, wildlife biology, and natural resources management. He has worked in a variety of ecosystems throughout the continental U.S. and the Territory of Guam with a variety of government, commercial, and residential clients, including over 20 military facilities. He is responsible for providing a wide range of ecological services to insure that projects comply with state and federal regulations, and qualify for necessary permitsHis duties include bald eagle monitoring and preparation of applications for compliance with the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, raptor migration surveys, breeding bird surveys, rare plant and animal surveys and monitoring, wetland services, electrofishing for fish community surveys, macroinvertebrate sampling, and environmental impact assessments.
