I am currently enrolled St. Cloud State and in the process of finishing my junior year. I am currently minoring in Management but have not decided whether I want to follow a path in Marketing or Real Estate. The reason I have not yet decided on a major path is because I'm trying to find something that I am passionate about. Once I find what that is I will do anything it takes to be successful in that field.Some of the things that excite me in the business field is the opportunity to work with others and help others succeed. Previous jobs I have acquired over the years have helped me strengthen my communication skills and my work ethic. I have worked my way up at all my previous jobs to a lead/trainer status. The reason I have been able to work my way through each of these companies is through my advanced personal skills.Currently I work for Pro Resources as a shift lead where I manage up to four workers. Some of the skills I have strengthened and gained from this position are: Team Leadership Skills, Project Management, Prioritization, Adaptability and Quick Learning, and Personal Communication SkillsI'm currently seeking a part-time internship during the school year or a full-time internship over the summer.
