Management Trainee
CurrentAccounting duties: • Audit area’s weekly transaction reports, rewrite/update weekly contracts, rebill damage, create spreadsheets, calculate sale rates, special invoice direction/collection, reconcile accounts, close monthly.• Problem resolution: missed/declined payments, damage responsibility, billing adjustments, account information.Leadership duties:• Training interns, arrange vehicle repair priority, forecast demand, organize vehicle movement toward needs, substitute at multiple locations, schedule maintenance, proactively address campaigns/recalls.• Oversee agent operations: reservations, inventory, maintenance, customer issues, special needs. Office duties:• Address phone calls, issue daily meeting reports, update system information, order supplies, mail documents, monitor inventory, resolve complaints, dispatch breakdown tow/roadside support, file records. • Examine insurance certificates for: deductibles, current date, customer details, company requirements, validity.Sales duties:• Coordinate business meetings, create long-term contracts, plan sales routes for sale/thank-you flyer delivery, advertise vehicle details, determine business gifts for major customers, analyze competitors.• Create reservations, overcome objections, explain/upsell additional items, tie customer needs to company trucks.
