Customer Service Manager
CurrentIn this role I manage the Customer Service team to create the best possible experience for each customer whilst shopping for a nearly new car. Dealing with customer complaints, queries and escalated cases. Ensuring customers are correctly looked after during each stage of the customer journey. Managing when issues arise and ensuring that a mutually agreeable resolution is met.I also ensure that each car that is collected meets the Motorpoint standard to ensure the cars are receive by our customers is the best possible condition. Ensure all deals are compliant with company policy and UK law, whilst also striving to maintain our industry leading NPS scores.
