Responsible to architect, implement and maintain systems that make up Philips Healthcare infrastructure and to ensure services are kept within defined SLA guidelines. This position is also responsible to help develop staff skillsets and competencies that make up technologies utilized by Philips Healthcare.-Develop and execute a migration strategy for Data Center move while maintaining less than a 12-hour window of downtime to services provided to customers. This was largely achieved by virtualizing workloads within the source datacenter. During the virtualization process single points of failures were also identified and redundancies were built into the environment to minimize risk. Through the virtualization of workloads on VMWare Hyper-Visors Philips was able to swing virtual guests in an online state from one datacenter to the next over extended SAN fabric between data-centers and OTV for IP connectivity.-Citrix Application Delivery Controller Design & Implementation (Citrix NetScalers)-Storage Administrator for 3PAR, EVA 8400 and P2000 MSA-Cisco Data Center Network Manager Fabric Administrator-SQL 2012 and Windows 2012 R2 Tuning in AAG cluster.-Designed and Implemented a Disaster Recovery solution for the XenApp Citrix Farm -Provide training to down-level engineers to help improve their skill sets and troubleshooting techniques.-PowerShell consolidation of legacy batch files. Consolidated over 100 independent cmd and batch files into 1 PowerShell script.-VMWare upgrade from 5.1 to 5.5 -Introduced turnkey virtual appliances for sFTP solution-Migrated Squid proxy services from SUSE 11 to Artica proxies based on Debian-Served as a member of Change Board.-Served as a member of Incident Management Board.-Served as a member to pilot Amazon Web Services for Development environment.-Designed and help to guide implementation of Veeam Backup and Recovery for virtual guest backups.

Manage the day to day operations of 4 field engineers supporting over 30 different customers.
