After serving as a General Manager for some renowned eateries with international awareness, I have pivoted my career slightly to the field of Restaurant Systems. Over the past few years, I have become highly skilled in aligning restaurant menu and delivery systems. In a world where consumers want to order from their favorite app, it has become more critical to offer a connected service that allows users a pleasant experience when placing an order. In that same regard, it is integral for restaurants to receive orders in a manner that will enable them to expedite each ticket quickly. This field is genuinely emerging in the landscape. Please let me highlight some skills and accomplishments below: I am a Restaurant Systems Manager with Westville Restaurant Group in New York City. In this role, I orchestrate Point of Sale (POS) and Off-premise menu processes for seven restaurant locations. This requires that I engage with stakeholders, determine technological needs, and integrate systems to propel business operations. I also orchestrate alignment with 3rd party delivery partners, offer onsite support during integration, and recommend systems improvements that will enhance the user and restaurant experience.
