About Christopher Sharp

Training Manager for Crocs with a substantial amount of experience within the Learning and Development field. From early 2020, I worked with the L&D team to launch, develop, and maintain their frontline Distribution Center workforce training program. From there I launched the program at new Distribution Centers and our centers over in the EU. With a mindset of growth and development, the program focused on giving employees the opportunities to succeed. In a short amount of time, most of these programs were put to the test with rapid growing expansion; leading to new processes, new Distribution Centers, and new automation.While a large part of my role focused on Training and Development, I also developed and grew training teams in different parts of the organization to support Crocs. Responsibilities included managing multiple projects in operations, working with engineers for process updates or standard creation, and developing the training team.Every person has been in a position where they were stepping into the unknown and learning things for the first time. In this fast moving world with technological advances every day, it is important that every program allows learners to feel welcomed, listened too, and treated with respect.
