Manages a team of 4 Data Analysts by overseeing the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization within JIRA/Kanban board, approval and ensuring accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.Government Technical lead on IT Equipment Refresh, in charge of producing hardware requirements, creating Statement of Work and assisting Contracting Officer with all contractual paperwork needed to ensure IT Equipment Refresh would meet the Governments deadline.Provides analytical reporting of operational data describing how Automated Biometric Identification System (IDENT) functions with multiple federal, state and local law enforcement, and civilian agencies while developing planning efforts and recommending actions for improving system integration and corrections.Supports analytics of critical operational metrics for more than 260 million biometric profiles and led coordination efforts among federal agencies during national and international incidents leading to the identification of suspects in criminal investigations and terrorist attacks. Manages the Biometric Support Center (BSC) by analyzing the programs efficiencies and deficiencies in reporting, identifying, and correcting biometrics of stakeholders within the service level agreements. Assisting in the management of a multi-year multimillion-dollar contract with BAE and BAH for 70 fingerprint and face examiners supporting the BSC.Establishes strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and DHS partnering agencies, resulting in the ability to make a meaningful impact on agency goals and increase knowledge of Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) operations.Selected to sit as Chairperson of a Technical Evaluation Team during a multi-million contract re-evaluation for a Data Integrity/analysis team within OBIM.

•Advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may impact product performance or impair client's IT operation.•Perform services activities such as systems assurance, installation planning, account management, systems-level problem determination, discontinuance and relocation of IBM and non-IBM systems and products. •Accountable to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with service delivery, technical support and operational services for the client account(s).•Acts as the IBM technical interface to clients, in critical situations, and manage the situation until the problem is fixed
