Under the title "Acting Director of Convocation" I served as a program supervisor to oversee the creation, development, implementation, and evaluation of Pepperdine's Convocation Series which include campus wide worship services, small groups and one on one mentoring serving all of Pepperdine's 3,800+ undergraduate students. Additionally I develop and coordinate policies, procedures and services that administer Seaver 200, an academic requirement for all Seaver undergraduate students.

As the Project Coordinator for Convocation I worked under the Director and was responsible for the development and execution of programming for over 100 small groups, approximately 150 mentorships, and up to 75 collaborative events every semester for our 3,800+ undergraduate students.

As a Strategic Projects Associate for Pepperdine's Human Resources department I was one of the first to be assigned to this newly created role. I was specialized in Pepperdine's hiring process and was assigned to roles that became recently vacated. In these various departments I would perform the roles responsibilities while I assisted the hiring managers in the interview, hiring, and on-boarding of the new employees. Once the new employee was settled I would be assigned to another department. In this role I worked in five different departments over the course of one year.
