Pulling telecommunication parts and equipment is just the base of my job. I also manage incoming emails and phone calls regarding inventory and warehouse capabilities. Most of the equipment that is shipped, also receives technical support and quality assurance while working with our customer to ensure equipment works properly prior to shipping. Quantities for orders have ranged from 1 unit, to 400+ units, with most orders requiring more work than just pulling off shelf and shipping. This has also given more an opportunity to manage a team when extra help was needed.

Started at age 14 making subway sandwiches. Worked co-op during last years of high school. Shortly after graduation, I was promoted to assistant manger. Less than a year later, I became a store manager at another location.
