Responsible for developing and managing access control for the Students, Faculty, and Staff of the Santa Fe University of Art and Design. Responsible for managing, producing and providing access control tools (ID cards) to authorized customers. Responsible for program management, policy enforcement and problem resolution related to reported access control issues.

Responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service to all customers by directing the daily operations of the information technology department. Managing the workflow activities associated with the identification, prioritization and resolution of reported incidents and service requests. Ensures the effective and timely resolution of reported incidents/requests. Provide day to day leadership as well as proactive planning and organization for the IT team. Design, implement, and maintain student facing technologies in the dormitories and the classrooms, e.g. wireless networking, computer labs, and smart classrooms. Act as liaison between Information Technology and faculty to ensure that faculty technology needs are met. Act as technology liaison between Santa Fe University and its parent corporation and sister universities. Support and administer Office365 email accounts for students, faculty, and staff. Troubleshoot, and support 250 Cisco Meraki access points, switches and security appliances. Active Directory and Group Policy administration for student and enterprise domains.
