• Worked with Program manager specialist of 401 to resolve a fleet wide short fall of the TB-29 arrays, and managed what asset where available to meet the growing needs of the submarine community. With only a limited number of Arrays available and a need for more I was able to put in place a tracking system to provide deploying units with the crucial arrays need. Simultaneously working with the program manger to increase the number of arrays in the fleet• Worked with Lockheed martin to manage short falls of parts in the submarine sonar systems. As the force Sonarman I was the fleet liaison to one of our biggest military defense contractors in the submarine community. With an expert knowledge of different sonar builds across the fleet I work closely with their customer support center to fill short falls of parts across the fleet enabling all units to make underways on time• Saved over $ 3 million by thinking creatively and bringing together multiple entity's in researching and implementing an at sea towed array retrieval of a TB-29. When a unit found itself without the ability to retrieve the thin line towed array it was up to me and my team to find away to recover the array. Working with and bringing 5 entity’s together in a successful at sea recover if the array saving the navy over 3 million.
