Consult with RIAs to understand their portfolio management practice including their model and cash management, sensitivity to taxes, and frequency of rebalancing in order to optimize their trading and rebalancing strategies through the use of iRebal.Responsible for writing requirements for enhancing portfolio rebalancing trading logic in iRebal in order to optimize client asset allocation, reduce tax consequences, and minimize trading in firms daily operations.Collaborate with other product owners using JIRA to create a unified product vision, backlog, and an achievable roadmap.Provide sales and marketing support, including sales calls, sales demos, trainings through webex or onsite visits

Manage projects relating to client reporting processes, analyze risk versus cost versus function, perform user acceptance testing, oversee project release into production.Resolve issues and recommend project efforts to change processes and/or build more tools and applications.Properly conduct audit remediation and manage operational risks related to all regulatory communications mailed.Research and analyze operations functions to provide support for business needs and create efficient processes that are aligned with regulatory requirements.Validate invoices based on volume reports provided by vendor and analyzing the pivot tables against monthly invoices.
