I am a commercial/corporate lawyer, currently advising corporate clients on their remuneration strategies (including equity-based incentives), as a means of rewarding and motivating their people, and retention of key talent. I have previously advised clients on cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial law. I have advised domestic and international clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters including business acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, foreign investment laws, and general corporate governance matters.I was seconded for 2 years to Tokyo, Japan, where I advised a multinational conglomerate on their cross-border transactions.I have advised clients across a broad range of sectors, including energy and resources, financial services, IT, and the manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries. I also regularly advise companies and directors on their corporate governance and compliance obligations under the Corporations Act.I am one of a few lawyers to also hold an aeronautical engineering degree.
