Main operator of sand washing facility and sand drying facility. Also in charge of dispatching and loading sand trucks. In charge of keeping all areas clean orderly and up to MSHA and OSHA safety standards. In charge of all plant operations and quality control, to make sure all sand that leaves drying facility is up to specifications before it is loaded out and sent to a well site. Performs routing walkarounds and safety inspections on both plants on hourly basis to make sure everything is operating correctly. Performs routine maintenance on both facilities to keep them running.

Main operator of a sand washing facility. The secondary operator at a sand drying facility. My job is to Maintain MSHA and OSHA standards at the plant. Keep plant area and walkways clean and orderly. Perform routine checks on slurry pumps, shakers, dewatering screens and conveyor belts. Perform routine maintenance on sand washing and drying facility to maintain safe operations.. Performs quality control over sand that comes into and leaves the washing facility to make sure it's up to specifications before it reaches the dry plant facility. Safety is my number one priority.

Also ran the sand washing facility the short time I was a material handler 2 then I was promoted to plant operator. A safe work environment is my number one goal and making everyone's job easier.
