I started at Driven Brands by applying all incoming cash to for one of the main SBU for both fleet and general deposits. I developed a log system for Fleet operations to monitor unapplied cash which help apply over one million dollars in unapplied cash. I have Issued 1099 for Parent Company and Subsidiaries. During this time I also transitioned to the billing department for a time. I moved to a more permanent role as the fleet accountant where I conducted a full cycle fleet processing where I would process the complete accounting cycle to include AP, AR, Cash Application, Collection, and Customer Service for all fleet related transactions for one of the companies main SBU. This is in addition to performing all troubleshooting and customer service tasks. The total revenue to the franchisees numbered over 1.2 million. I also supported the fleet operations in the other main SBU at the time in both billing and cash application. My current role as a COSC Accountant is to process the books for the company owned stores that Driven Brands currently own. This includes posting all relevant general accounting journal entries on a monthly basis as well as provide a weekly and monthly analysis of the performance of this portfolio of shops.
