Ensures compliance with all purchasing policies and guarantees that the company is getting the best ROI while utilizing the most appropriate vendors. Develop, share, and implement category industry knowledge and best practices for NPM and Capex sourcing. Analyze MRO and indirect spend and identify opportunities for cost savings, contract improvements, risk mitigation and improved compliance with standards, policies, and contracts. Drive increased usage of eProcurement tools using e-catalogs to facilitate user interface and reduce the touch points in the NPM process. Monitor and provide guidance on procurement processes for MRO and indirect materials Manage supplier performance and improve user experience by utilizing Vendor Management System.Seek value added vendors to eliminate waste or improve user experience.Ensure compliance with Corporate Purchasing Procedures and Policies.

Provides administrative support to the Maintenance Department, while keeping the Maintenance Manager informed of abnormal or critical situations and seeks advice on matters outside the Planner’s knowledge or authority. Primary contact with vendors and suppliers. Keeps PM program accurate and current, including printing and distributing PM’s, monitor and follow up of PM’s adding new equipment using CMMS (COGZ), keeps calibration requirements up to date, closing PM’s. Ensure all activities in PM program are completed in time frame allowed by their priority code. Attend monthly internal audits, HACCP meetings and work with QA to close corrective actions. Monitor and Completion of maintenance documents. Keep approved lubricants list up to date, ensure food grade compliance as needed. Keep approved service provider registry up to date, receive necessary documents from contractors. Ensure service providers to maintenance receive required GMP training, monitor service providers on site Perform risk assessments, complete hot work permits, as needed. Update MSDS and allergen related documents. Maintain a list to monitor emergency repairs to assist with the annual review and implementation of new PM’s. Spare parts inventory, tools inventory. Perform necessary research when considering new equipment installation and design, keep up to date on new trends/updates in maintenance for food industry. Knowledge of lock out/ tag out procedures and ensure compliance. Maintain and organize PM documents for ease of use and accessibility, be audit every day. Monitor incoming and outstanding requests including audit finding and work order request from other departments. Identify best practices: collaborate with Maintenance Lead for implementation

Manages day-to-day operational requirements for the Signal Corps Regimental Noncommissioned Officer Academy (RNCOA) to include Senior Leader Course (SLC), Advanced Leader Course (ALC), and permanent party cadre; responsible for developing operations and effects briefings for the Commandant and the Deputy Commandant; plans coordinates, and organizes all Academy Operations Order (OPORD) briefings; assists in requests for training areas; responsible for maintaining taskings for the Academy; responsible for forwarding all student information to higher headquarters; responsible for the health, welfare, and training of one NCO.
