I have acted in a wide range of financial proceedings, ranging from low-income families to multi-million pound cases. I have experience of cases involving complex asset structures, large property portfolios, family companies, trusts, pensions and internationally held assets. Child LawI also represent parents and children in Private Law cases including Child Arrangements disputes but also cases where parents wish to take their children abroad against the wishes of the other parent or where there are concerns about child abduction.I have considerable expertise in Public Law cases and regularly represent parents, grandparents, and children in Care and Adoption proceedings. I have been involved in cases involving sexual and physical abuse, as well in cases where the parents or children have significant disabilities.
