Responsible for the fitting and installation of flooring and widows in Scotland. The role involves the management of the fitting standards and fitting capacity across Scotland. The Scottish Region involves the management of 24 subcontractors and 6 direct line reports to achieve the volume of fittings required. I strive to ensure that all fittings are completed to British Standards and also match customer expectations whilst managing technical and cost constraints.

Section Manager for Operations at the Newton Mearns Store. I was part of the set up team for the opening of Newton Mearns store in 2011. As a brand new store the establishment of culture and bring in a new team, 80% of whom had not worked in retail or grocery retail. The operations was the functional delivery of the back of house tasks and also legality and maintenance.
