With over 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst at American Family Insurance, I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented and driven professionals in the industry. This role has been both a significant professional and personal blessing, allowing me to grow and contribute in meaningful ways.Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at MTSU, which I expect to complete by December 2025, I am deeply committed to expanding my skillset, particularly in Java, to transition into a development role. My journey in QA has been marked by rapid growth, including a promotion from QA 1 to QA 2 within a year. My goal is to continue advancing and ultimately achieve a promotion to Senior QA Analyst.Throughout my career, I have acquired a diverse skill set, including proficiency in SQL, test planning, test execution, and various programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#. I am experienced with a wide array of tools and applications, including AWS, IBM Access Client Solutions, BrowserStack, and Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), among others.My approach to work is characterized by curiosity, problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit. I thrive on asking questions, seeking solutions, and sharing ideas to improve processes.
