Graduate Research Assistant
During my time as a Graduate Research Assistant, I was extensively involved in designing numerical simulations utilizing the Finite Element Method in Matlab. These simulations were aimed at testing physiological models of the heartโs current sources and developing reconstruction algorithms suitable for use with human data. Additionally, I designed forward simulations of Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) data and conducted stability analysis of EIT reconstruction algorithms to determine the most optimal current patterns for collecting EIT data. Collaboration was a key aspect of my role, as I worked closely with over 3 multidisciplinary peer researchers from various universities to process and apply EIT data with high precision. Furthermore, I designed data collection strategies focused on specific research topics, which led to delivering over 3 presentations at various conferences and events. Throughout the research process, I employed strategic communication strategies to ensure data efficacy and implemented proper quality assurance measures to maintain data integrity.
