The list of responsibilities I had: - Create and provision licenses for end users across multiple platforms, including Atlassian, O365, Mode Analytics, Jetbrains, Okta, Zoom and Gsuite. - Answer tickets and troubleshoot issues using Jira and Freshservice.- Run AV equipment for major meetings, including audio mixing and camera switching.- Run Livestreams for All Hands meetings to multiple endpoints.- Trim and light edits on videos before uploading them to Opendoor's cloud.- Assisted in automating and deploying policies and license provisioning on platforms such as Okta and JAMF.- Troubleshoot hardware issues for Mac, PC, and AV equipment for end users.

On site I would maintain the network connectivity, remediate any SSL issues, set up and optimize encoding profiles, switch in graphics, field repair encoders (if necessary), all for the livestream, and can troubleshoot and maintain osx/windows based encoders. If working remotely, set up and manage all endpoints, set up and and maintain load balancing between multiple rtmp streams to the same endpoint, and remote into encoders if onsite technician has issues.
