Assist with completing the duties of the IMA Financial Group Employee Benefits team. Reorganize business processes to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies. Focus on learning about employee benefit plans and cooperate with other interns to follow a dynamic and impactful curriculum.

Served a leading role over Lifeguard staff at all City and County of Broomfield aquatic facilities. In doing so, helped coordinate training events, supervise and assist staff in creating a fun and safe pool environment, and build relationships with personnel. Other duties include teaching swim lessons, maintaining appropriate pool chemicals, and providing customers with a high quality service.

Participated in the Charles Schwab College to Careers Program through MSU Denver. This program was designed to help students freshen up their resume, learn about networking, practice mock interviews, and give students a chance to explore possible employment opportunities at Charles Schwab. In addition, met with a plethora of individuals with different roles in finance to get an understanding about possible career opportunities.
