Previously resident in the London office, I served as the first international and sole attorney covering all legal matters related to Digital Realty's operations in Europe and Asia, including acquisitions and integration, leasing, regulatory, corporate office space management, employment, data security and data privacy.Responsible for a wide array of commercial negotiations, including customer and vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and other technology related contracts. In charge of multiple aspects of regulatory compliance, primarily the company's overall GDPR strategy. Developed multiple form contract templates for the company, and provided playbooks and trainings to business partners on data center leasing, data privacy, and other best practices.

Represented Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds, and technology companies in all aspects of domestic and international real estate transactions. Sample representations included: Facebook Inc. in the development of its global headquarters and U.S. data centers; a major investment fund in the development of property adjacent to San Francisco’s new Transbay Terminal; Rockwood Capital in its acquisition of multiple assets across the United States; Salesforce Inc. in its national leasing efforts.
