Co-Founded the Caribbean Seed Fund (CSF). CSF is the first early stage member managed seed fund in the Caribbean. Assembled a leadership team, determined all parameters of the fund. Worked with US and Jamaican legal firms to create a new kind of fund in the Caribbean. CSF is member managed, member run, and member funded.

EAB connects seasoned entrepreneurs with emerging entrepreneurs in developing nations. Our pilot program is in The Caribbean, then we scale to other nations. We are currently building out a platform to help identify, curate, and connect emerging entrepreneurs to the resources they need to make progress in their entrepreneurial journey. We are also helping Jamaican's to start a Member Managed Seed Capital Fund, The Caribbean Seed Fund

Started a new company that uses a combination of community building and grassroots participation from those within a community to facilitate economic development, empowerment, and a thriving city, town or village. Created engagement systems to attract and develop various areas that need to be addressed within a community and then attract citizens who want to get to work changing their community. I surveyed a community, developed a plan, and then executed on that plan in order to create "barn raising" events out of the biggest challenges a community may face. Worked in North Idaho, Central New York and preliminary work in Alaska.

As a part of the Founding Leadership Team, I helped launch and create the business model IC used to transform the economies of small market cities and towns. By designing and hosting 70+ events per year IC engaged local citizens and sought them how to live as a community, work together, start companies, and then we connected those companies with the resources they needed to be successful. IC was merely an idea with a few events when I joined the founding team. Deployed the IC model to 8 different communities in the Idaho, New York, Florida, Nevada, and Texas when I left the company.I developed Leadership training and curriculum for startup companies in IC. Oversaw online presence, marketing and web development. Oversaw and helped develop tech company accelerator program. Developed and implemented organizational structure of Accelerator that helped seed stage businesses grow to funding stage. Oversaw and managed online communications. Lead and worked with founding team to create, develop and manage all public events including Fireside Chats, Coffee and Concepts, Think Big Festival (1500 attendees), and Tech Pub nights. Developed extensive training for new Community Managers and developed deployment strategy for new markets. Created and launched online subscription based leadership service. Created and and deployed various personal development courses as well.

Helped lead the expansion of IC into becoming a regional IT Support provider in 4 markets. Wrote, developed, and deployed an internal certification course that taught IT professionals the soft skills to be great consultants. Nearly every consultant had gone through the course when I left the company. Responsible for $12M division of the company and profitability, utilizaion, management, etc.

Worked with Seattle area startups, established companies, and large organizations to design, deploy, manage and maintain large software and hardware solutions. Managed teams of consultants actively responsible for the day to day support of IT infrastructures in companies varying from 10 to 1,000 in size. Hiring and oversight of up to 22 direct reports.

Consulted with startups, small and medium sized businesses to align business objectives, processes, and technology. Increased average client technology efficiency by 85% to 95%. Designed, developed and implemented large scale IT infrastructure projects. Managed dozens of client relationships simultaneously while mentoring new consultants, bringing on new clients and performing business development/sales engineering for ISOutsource. Developed and maintained technology budgets for all clients. Oversaw hundreds of large-scale move/relocation projects, infrastructure overhauls and technology replacement projects. Completed every project on time and on budget. Actively managed and maintained largest book of business in company history multiple years running.

Oversaw the IT infrastructure of Startups and small businesses in the Seattle area.

Created one of the first 10,000 podcasts on the internet in 2004 by creating and deploying a daily podcast (The Car Cast). The Car Cast was recorded entirely while driving. Podcasting in these days was very manual so all of the production, RSS scripting, posting to the internet, uploading, etc. was all done by hand. The Car Cast lasted for the better part of four years and ran over 400 episodes. This lead to consulting for companies, and individuals who also wanted to podcast. Created new sites, recorded podcasts, and deployed them on the internet. Also ran several other podcasts like a current events podcast that was featured on Seattle.gov for 2 years.

DesteeNation sold the licensed apparel for local institutions like bars and restaurants known around the world. I was the sales department. Identifying, cold calling, developing relationships, and finding the artwork that could be used for a timeless design becoming iconic apparel. Created sales strategy, sales pitch, design process, and identified new markets in other states.

Joined the founding team of three employees at a stage where the company was attempting to provide a platform to create and distribute online talk shows (like the Tonight Show) on a variety of niche topics. Show runner for 10 different online shows. Helped lead the company through a name change and pivot to becoming an online music venue platform that gave music venues the ability to stream shows live and in real time in a way that was inexpensive, drove revenue, and expanded marketing efforts for venues and artists.

Planted and launched a church in the most un-churched area of Seattle at a time when Seattle was the most unchurched city in America. Recruited new members, oversaw all operations. Develop and lead worship services, preached, etc. Etumos was unique at the time creating and evolving a new kind of church based on equality among partitioners and clergy, living in a genuine community, and "sharing as anyone had need."

Started as youth pastor of a church plant in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. During my time at Westside I developed an internship program that boasted 16 students in the first two years. Recruited and trained leadership for the internship program. Performed mission work with High School and college students in Australia, Corsica, Mexico, and Ukraine. Wrote, directed, and produced large live presentations that included live music, video production, and acting.

Grew youth group from 150 to 350 average attendance in a town of 14,000 in North Idaho. Developed leadership team of 25 students (only 3 adult leaders). Took students on mission trips to Honduras and Guatemala.

On air and production for the largest Christian radio station in media market #91 (Spokane, WA). Successfully lead the region in converting from tape editing for all commercial production to digital using early digital audio workstations.

Started as weekend evenings, eventually moved up to afternoon drive and then Morning drive personality. Worked in final position as station manager as well.
