• Manage engagement staffing requests using Microsoft consultants as well as facilitating the use of partner, global or additional Microsoft resources to fill requests as appropriate.• Make staffing decisions and resolving conflicts within the practice that have significant impact on utilization and on internal and external customer satisfaction.• Ensure customer satisfaction with the staffing of their engagements and exceeds utilization and bench targets across skill disciplines and the North America practice.• Staffing engagements are focused on Microsoft enterprise technology products, technologies included but not limited to; SCCM, SQL Server, CRM/AX, and MS Teams.• Manage logistics, coordinating scheduling efforts to dispatch engineers to a customer location as quickly and as efficiently as possible. This includes but not limited to:  Confirming technical accreditations Cross border travel regulations  Visa requirements Availability and scope of work• Consistently exceeds monthly performance metrics• Assist with training new Resource Coordinators in the Irving and Domician Republic offices.• Communicate daily with stakeholders, and explain/summarize progress of requests.
