Awards include Raytheon’s 2019 and 2017 Premier Partnership Award, which only 11 out of 11,000 suppliers received each year, and Raytheon's Paveway Missile Supplier Quality of the Year Award. Primus manufactured 57,000 circuit assemblies with perfect quality and was the award’s only recipient that year. Chris was previously VP of Business Development and VP of Operations, leading process optimization with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Before that, he raised and managed capital in Goldman Sachs’s Private Client Services group. He began his career with American Power Conversion as District Manager of the four-state region based in Denver, CO.Chris was on the Board of Trustees at Bucknell University. He served on Geisinger Health's Board of Directors as Chair of the Finance Committee for the $7 billion enterprise. He also served on Geisinger Health Plan's Board of Directors as Chair of the Family Committee and on the Geisinger-Bucknell Autism and Developmental Medicine Institute Advisory Council. He received his Mechanical Engineering degree from Bucknell University, his MBA from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and attended Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program.Primus is a nationally-recognized employer, with best-in-class employee average tenure of 10 years.
