• Created a vendor managed inventory comparative analysis tool that enables purchasers to analyze supplier part quotes based upon the total cost savings associated with a VMI Program rather than price alone.
• Developed processes designed to facilitate, capture, and implement supplier cost reduction ideas. Led McNeilus’s first vendor partnership event which generated 282 cost reduction ideas from 26 industry leading suppliers.

• Managed entire cargo overbooking operation including strategy, statistical controls, and day to day performance for $200 million annual business line.
• Analyzed market data in various service levels across the entire network in order to improve profit maximization and accurately relay current market conditions to senior management.
