Before Rubicon, Mr. Ramsey was the President of LATISTA-Textura and a member of the Executive and Compliance Committees. In 2013, Textura acquired LATISTA, where he was the CEO and Co-founder. Before Textura, Mr. Ramsey was the CEO and Co-founder at LATISTA, Inc. He was also a member of the board. Under Mr. Ramsey’s leadership, LATISTA developed a patented and award-winning SaaS cloud-based and mobile software, recruited and retained world-class talent, won Fortune 500 customers, raised outside funding, organized globally, and grew rapidly. LATISTA was competitively sought after and ultimately had a successful exit by being acquired by Textura (NYSE: TXTR). Oracle recently acquired Textura (NYSE: ORCL). Before LATISTA, Mr. Ramsey was the Senior Vice President of NIC, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV). NIC is the leading provider of online services for more than 3,500 government agencies and millions of consumers. At NIC, Mr. Ramsey helped create the company’s sales, marketing, and public relations organizations. NIC went public during Mr. Ramsey’s tenure, raising over $100M in capital, and grew in size to over $45M in annual revenues. Before NIC, Mr. Ramsey served in various management roles at IBM (NYSE: IBM) in operations, sales, and international channels. While at IBM, he also served on critical strategic task forces, including supply chain management with GE, and was assigned by the CEO as project owner for special projects.Mr. Ramsey holds a BA from Washburn University, graduated from IBM’s management program, and earned an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
