LATISTA was competitively sought after and ultimately had a successful exit by being acquired by Textura (NYSE: TXTR). Oracle recently acquired Textura (NYSE: ORCL). Before LATISTA, Mr. Ramsey was the Senior Vice President of NIC, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGOV). NIC is the leading provider of online services for more than 3,500 government agencies and millions of consumers.
