Managed a new 4-story multi-family and affordable/HUD housing project and oversaw closeout of a 4-story senior independent housing building in Los Angeles. Assisted the Project Manager with change orders, pay applications, subcontractor invoicing/billing, RFI's, submittals, and financial management. Coordinated with the design team to resolve architectural and engineering issues along with the Los Angeles City Planning Department and LADBS to obtain approved drawings and permits as necessary.

Managed hotel and resort TI projects throughout Central California, Orange County, and Phoenix, Arizona. Developed relationships with clients, coordinated project schedules and assisted with the estimating and permitting processes across multiple projects, concurrently.
