With over 16 years of committed service in the U.S. Army, I’ve grown through various leadership roles, starting as an Infantryman and progressing to my current role as a Recruiting Station Commander. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading recruiting stations in Olympia, WA, Columbia, SC, and now in Mankato, MN, gaining extensive experience working in diverse communities across the country. As a Station Commander, I lead a team of recruiters responsible for the recruitment and development of the next generation of U.S. Army soldiers, overseeing operations across high schools and colleges. My role has sharpened my expertise in leadership, talent acquisition, and strategic planning, ensuring that my teams consistently exceed mission goals and expectations. I’ve learned to adapt my leadership style to diverse environments, successfully navigating the unique challenges of each location to drive recruitment success. In addition to my military career, I’m passionate about personal growth. I enjoy reading, hiking, and helping others unlock their full potential, whether it’s mentoring soldiers or guiding future leaders.
