About Christopher Sinclair
Due to the Corona Virus, and the fact that the movie industry has all but stopped since the middle of March, I've been forced to do Real Estate investing full time now! I've decided to put all my energy into real estate to further myself with more business opportunities, until at least Hollywood figurers out how to navigate through this pandemic. I started doing real estate part time back in 2015 as a means for more income, as time has gone by i've done pretty well in the flip game, we just sold a property that we acquired last September and are now focused on buying more distressed properties in the So Cal area. Energetic and focused professional looking to further expand myself into the Motion Picture industry and other Real Estate business opportunities. I have a solid track record in the movie industry as well as my Real Estate business. I have extensive experience as a 2nd generation WB studio grip, Production lighting, Camera dollies and cranes, developing creative and exciting ways to use myself for top movies and TV opportunities. I am proficient at building strong client and co-worker relations.
