My current job is as a Junior Manager in RAF Waddington Air Traffic Control managing over 15 personnel. This is a high-pressured environment with my job as a Corporal to ensure all jobs are carried out day to day ensuring flying output is maintained, personnel welfare managed, all standards adhered too and all my subordinates developed utilising my managerial skills.

Undertook the role of Junior Manager on a Fast Jet Squadron managing the Ops Room ensuring all tasks were carried out in a Fast Paced Busy Environment balancing these pressures and challenges with the Covid pandemic ensuring successful delivery of tasks.

Managed and operated in the Station Operations Room ensuring all bookings and tasks carried out undertaking acting rank succesfully developing my skillset into management.

Assisted in the safe delivery of Flying undertaking all required airfield and air traffic tasks assisting the Air Traffic Controllers.

Assist Aircrew with planning there Flights completing all bookings and maintaining Flight Safety Information in a time pressured environment.

Managed day to day bookings to the Airfield liaising with external agencies maintaining the day to day Flying Programme.
