I teach trumpet, piano, aural skills and music theory to private students of a variety of ages and abilities. I tailor my teaching to the needs of each individual and have experience of preparing students for ABRSM exams.

I was responsible for delivering the outdoor education curriculum throughout the school, helping pupils nurture an ethos of respect; respect for the environment (no littering or damaged any property), respect for members of the public (no shouting or swearing) and respect for each other (members of staff and other pupils).

I work remotely within the marketing department at Crown House Publishing. I am responsible for email marketing campaigns, such as the monthly newsletter, and I make sure all information relating to publications is up to date on all relevant platforms. I also monitor social media and online advertising campaigns.

I was a core instructor which involved leading sessions with up to 9 children from ages 4-18. The sessions I led were part of a nationally accredited scheme which aims to develop children’s climbing and associated skills, and as such I gained much experience of teaching the fundamentals of climbing and safety. In this exclusively customer-facing role, I gained experience of building rapport with clients and earning their trust in a setting which some found intimidating.

My duties were primarily to process orders and respond to queries and complaints by email or phone. I would also assist with sales at conferences and exhibitions.
