This position is responsible for working with attorneys, staff and vendors in processing new client/matters and client billing, maintaining client billing records and vendor files, and routine accounting tasks. Special projects as assigned. - Client Matter Intake - Receive and process new client/matter requests - Perform conflict checks by searching database and report results - Update and maintain client/matter Lists- Client Billing - Generate pre-bills for Partner review and edit as directed to ensure accuracy of invoices - Assemble final invoices for mailing - Save to shared drive- Accounts Payable - Process Print/Copy Audit, Postage Audit, and WestLaw charges for client disbursement - Obtain invoice approval and process invoices for payment - Forward appropriate invoices to clients for direct payment - Order supplies/maintain inventory of office materials - Save A/P files to shared drive- Accounts Receivable - Assist with processing of client payments and deposit reports - Deliver deposits to bank - Save A/R deposits to shared drive
