I have worked across global finance (but particularly with finance operations) to increase engagement for our new finance teams. I have established new channels (newsletters, a new intranet site, a programme of town halls and director meetings, videos) and partnered with other teams on broader engagement activities, such as defining and consulting on our vision and purpose, working with HR on 'great place to work' activities, supporting senior managers in their development, and awards programmes. Engagement scores have steadily risen and are how at their highest ever.

I led the communication, change and training workstream of JLL’s two year programme to implement new HR and Finance platforms across the globe. I worked with senior stakeholders across the business to build understanding and support, as well as the front line who needed a detailed understanding of the new systems and the changes in their day-to-day work they would bring. The work included an overall global strategy and communications approach, then regional roll outs across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. The programme wrapped successfully in 2019

Led the global internal communications and engagement for Sage’s transformation programme across 24 countries and 14,000 colleagues. Key accomplishments• Put in place overall strategy for transformation communications, working with PMO, in-country internal communications teams and external communications• Launched communications for new global products and customer service centres, working with marketing, product development, external communications and branding teams• Launched communications for new global charitable foundation• Worked with directors on transformation communication strategies as their people moved to new structures, ways of working and began to establish new cultures• Put in place urgently needed governance around global internal communications to ensure message alignment, clear lines to take and clear global/local communications ownership• Started regular communications measurement to get fast feedback on change communications and provide monthly dashboard to execs

I led the internal communications and engagement team at England’s health and care regulator, though the organisation’s start-up period and subsequent radical, two-year transformation programme.
