As a Fitness professional I'm privileged to be involved in the following activities:Programming:- Design effective and well-rounded Fitness Programs for individuals and groups- Provide Instructional material for individuals and Coaches to fully understand intentGroup & Personal Training:- Guide individuals and groups through workout programming designed to improve Health, Fitness, and Athleticism- Identify individual strengths and weaknesses, providing action plan to prioritize progress in key areasOnline Coaching:- Help individuals via internet with same effectiveness as In-Person Coaching- Health coaching & accountability to improve daily habits including sleep, nutrition, and trainingClinics:- Interactive seminars covering a wide range of subjects designed to improve Health, Fitness & AthleticismNetworking:- Develop relationships with suppliers in fitness and health food related industries to sponsor events and develop joint distribution opportunities
