I monitor and evaluate training sessions to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to enhance performance.Troubleshooting technical issues: I troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that may arise during training sessions, ensuring that the DJFT systems are functioning properly and delivering accurate training simulations.Collaborating with stakeholders: I work closely with military personnel, training officers, and other stakeholders to understand their training needs and incorporate their feedback into the development of DJFT training programs. I act as a liaison between users and technical support teams to address any issues or concerns.
