After fraud was discovered at the executive level, helped lead the company through the removal of the partner and an extensive re-organization across multiple entities. Worked with restructuring firms, the SEC, legal teams, and accounting firms to navigate Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Eventually hired by the purchasing company (E-Source) to lead their operations and continue work.
