My years of experience have provided me with extensive service and communication skills. I have advanced throughout my career to such positions as training and team leading. Integral in this development has been an accurate sense of time management and the ability to adapt to changing situations efficiently and successfully. I was able to utilize these skills in recent years to transition to a business analyst and consultant field. I also transitioned to a work-from-home environment successfully. This experience helped me further sharpen my exemplary communication and leadership skills. It also allowed me to expand into more fully developed areas of focus on product, financial, and technical analysis. This also included a strong focus on online queue management systems, like SRT. I used my high attention to detail and quick ability to adapt to thrive and assist client's with a multitude of operational inquiries. This experience further sharpened my resolution skills and client satisfaction. After this experience, I returned to working in the Service Industry as I am now currently enrolled in a Solar Energy Program at ACC. The flexibility of the Service Industry is allowing me to attend school. With my previous experiences helping me move forward, I can rely on my job skills to help me execute great communication and customer satisfaction in whichever field I'm currently employed. Beyond this extensive skills, I also have a background in facilitating private events. This entailed quality client satisfaction, communication between technical staff, management, and regular staff, and the processing of financial and additional paperwork. I've also great experience with private event management software and POS systems, as well as general experience with Microsoft Office. Additionally, my educational background has granted me successful written, research, and analytical skills, which I have used to enhance my communication experience.
